- can condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can chopped green chilies - 1 oz
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 8 oz
- corn chips - 4 c
- can condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make chicken enchilada pie:
Cook and bone chicken. Reserve one cup chicken broth. Combine soups, green chilies, spices, Tabasco sauce and chicken broth. Blend well.Preheat oven to 350°. Cover bottom of 3-quart casserole with 2 cups corn chips. Spread half the chicken over this layer. Spoon half of sauce over chicken. Spread cheese over sauce. Repeat layering, ending with cheese. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
