Ingredients/Components
- cooked chicken - 4 c
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- can chopped green chilies - 1 item
- large can evaporated milk - 1 item
- can drained mushrooms - 1 item
- middle size bag Doritos - 1 item
- half-moon size Longhorn cheese, grated - 1 item
How to make chicken enchilada casserole:
Mix everything together except potato chips. Heat in large saucepan. Crush Doritos and cover bottom of large casserole dish. Layer mixture three times. Bake 20 minutes at 400°.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
