Chicken enchilada bake
Ingredients/Components
- diced cooked chicken - 2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 pkg
- can pinto beans - 1 oz
- can sliced black olives - 1 item
- salsa - 1/2 c
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- Recip-ease baking mix - 1 c
- milk - 3/4 c
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
How to make chicken enchilada bake:
Preheat oven to 425°. Grease a 2-quart baking dish. Combine chicken, cheese, beans, olives, salsa and garlic powder in large mixing bowl; blend well. Put mixture in a casserole dish.To prepare crust: Combine baking mix, milk and butter in mixing bowl; blend well. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
