How to make chicken enchilada:
Brown onion in butter. Combine with soups, broth and chilies. Add chicken and heat well. In large baking dish, place a layer of tortillas, chicken sauce and a layer of grated cheese. Repeat until used. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Low cholesterol, Main dish, One Dish meal.
