  • bean sprouts
  • diced, cooked chicken, pork or shrimp - 2 c
  • small onion, diced - 1 item
  • celery, chopped - 1/4 c
  • few chopped mushrooms - 1 item
  • soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • large wonton skins - 1 item

How to make chicken egg rolls:

Parboil sprouts. Combine chicken, onion, celery, sprouts and mushrooms in skillet and saut?. Add soy sauce and egg and mix together. Fill skins and seal skins with egg yolk. Fold skins into squares. Fry. Serve with sweet and sour sauce, heated.
