Ingredients/Components
- bean sprouts
- diced, cooked chicken, pork or shrimp - 2 c
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- celery, chopped - 1/4 c
- few chopped mushrooms - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- large wonton skins - 1 item
How to make chicken egg rolls:
Parboil sprouts. Combine chicken, onion, celery, sprouts and mushrooms in skillet and saut?©. Add soy sauce and egg and mix together. Fill skins and seal skins with egg yolk. Fold skins into squares. Fry. Serve with sweet and sour sauce, heated.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
