  • medium pans corn bread - 2 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
  • sage
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • broth from cooked giblets or 1 whole chicken
  • chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • eggs - 2 item

How to make chicken dressing:

Crumble corn bread into small pieces. Add onions, celery, black pepper and sage; mix well. Add broth or debone chicken enough to moisten well. Add beaten eggs to mixture. Bake in 350° oven until done.
