Ingredients/Components

  • egg - 1 item
  • cooked chicken - 1 c
  • chicken broth - 1 qt
  • sage - 1/2 tsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • blue Pepperidge stuffing mix - 1/2 pkg
  • cake small cornbread - 1/2 item
  • diced celery or 1 tsp - 1/2 c

How to make chicken dressing:

Mix all ingredients well. May add a little more broth or water if needed. Bake until lightly browned at 350°.

I used 1/2 Jiffy muffin mix for my cornbread, according to package directions.
