Chicken divine



  • margarine - 1 Tbsp
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • white wine - 3/4 c
  • celery sticks, chopped - 2 item
  • cloves finely chopped garlic - 3 item
  • oregano spice one pinch - 1 item
  • large onion or one very small - 1/2 item
  • to 4 small to medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces - 3 item
  • carrot, sliced into bite size pieces - 1 item

How to make chicken divine:

Melt margarine in a large skillet with garlic, onion, carrots, celery and a pinch of oregano. Saute 10 to 15 minutes on medium-high heat until carrots and celery begin to soften. Add chicken and pour wine in gradually until the chicken is cooked. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, stirring periodically. Serve over pasta or rice. Should serve 4.
