Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green onions - 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire - 1/4 c
- whole, boned chicken breasts - 4 item
How to make chicken diane:
Cook chicken in butter in heavy skillet, 10 minutes on each side. Reserve pan drippings. Put chicken on platter, keep warm. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire, mustard and salt to pan drippings. Cook, stirring until heated. Stir in onions and parsley. Pour over chicken and serve.Recipe categories: Very low carbs, Poultry, Meat.
