Chicken curry casserole



Ingredients/Components
- chicken breasts, cooked and cut into chunks - 4 item
- bunch fresh broccoli, cut into chunks - 1 item
- reduced fat mayonnaise - 1 c
- nonfat plain yogurt - 1 c
- curry powder to taste - 1 tsp
- shredded Cheddar - 1 c
- seasoned bread crumbs - 1/2 c
How to make chicken curry casserole:
In a deep microwave-safe dish sprayed with pan coating, layer chicken and broccoli. Mix together mayonnaise and yogurt; add curry powder. Spread evenly over broccoli. Sprinkle cheese over mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle bread crumbs over cheese. Cover with paper towel. Microwave on High 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender-crisp.
