Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/4 c
- water - 4 c
- cloves - 8 item
- chicken broth - 5 c
- curry powder - 3 Tbsp
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- salt to taste - 1 item
- rice
- medium onions, chopped - 2 item
- or 3 cloves garlic - 2 item
- inch stick cinnamon - 1 item
- cardamon seed - 6 item
- chicken breasts 4 to 7 - 2 lb
How to make chicken curry:
Boil chicken with onion, celery and salt; debone. Saute onions, garlic and green peppers in butter. Stir constantly, then add tomato paste and water. Add chicken; cook about 20 minutes. Keep chicken broth.Add butter, rice, 1 onion, cinnamon, 2 cardamon seed and 4 cloves, then add chicken broth and salt to taste. Cook slowly (covered). Condiments are to taste: raisins, coconut, chutney, relish, green peppers, tomatoes and onions.
