- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers - 1 item
- large fryer, cooked and deboned - 1 item
How to make chicken crunch casserole:
Cut chicken in bite-size pieces. Mix soup and sour cream; stir into chicken. Pour into an 8 x 12-inch casserole dish. Crush crackers and mix well with butter.
