Ingredients/Components
- can chow mein noodles - 1/2 oz
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chicken broth - 1/2 c
- diced celery - 3/4 c
- water chestnuts, sliced - 2/3 c
- cooked chicken, chopped - 2 c
- can creamy chicken soup - 1 3/4
How to make chicken crunch:
Combine first 6 ingredients in order. Mix until well blended. Pour into greased 8-inch square pan. Bake, covered, at 325° for 45 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle chow mein noodles over top. Bake 10 minutes (uncovered) longer or until brown. Serve on rice or noodles or by itself. Can also add extra chow mein noodles on your plate.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
