Chicken crescents



Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- cooked chicken, chopped - 2 c
- can crescent refrigerator rolls - 1 oz
- croutons, crushed or bread crumbs - 3/4 c
How to make chicken crescents:
Preheat oven to 350°. Blend cheese, 1 tablespoon butter and milk until smooth. Add chicken, onion, salt and pepper. Separate crescent dough into 4 rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal. Spoon 1/2 cup meat mixture onto center of each rectangle. Pull four corners of dough to top center over chicken mixture and twist slightly. Then seal edges. Brush with remaining butter. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Poultry, Sandwich.
