Ingredients/Components
- large mushrooms - 6 item
- green onion - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- cooked and diced chicken breast
- half and half - 1/3 c
- snipped parsley - 3 Tbsp
- Philly cream cheese - 8 9
- flour
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 3 c
- eggs - 3 item
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- Topping: shredded Swiss cheese
- green onion tops - 1 item
How to make chicken crepes:
Crepes:2 1/4 c. flour3/4 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. baking powder3 c. milk3 eggs2 Tbsp. melted butter Topping: shredded Swiss cheese green onion tops Prepare filling: Melt butter in large pan; saute mushrooms and green onions. Add the chicken and cook/stir until done but tender. Cube cream cheese and stir into chicken with half and half. Add parsley.Prepare crepes: Mix all ingredients well. Heat an 8-inch saute pan; coat with butter. Pour scant 1/3 cup batter in pan and tilt pan so that batter covers bottom and begins to set. When batter begins to dry, flip crepe and lightly cook other side. Repeat with rest of batter, buttering pan between each crepe.
Fill crepes with filling. Top with cheese and onion. Bake until Swiss is melted.
