Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • diced celery - 1/2 c
  • can mushrooms - 1 item
  • fryer, cut up - 1 item
  • medium onion, sliced thin - 1 item
  • medium green pepper, cut into strips - 1 item
  • tomatoes canned - 2 c

How to make chicken creole:

Broil fryer 10 minutes on each side, after sprinkling salt and paprika on it. In electric skillet, combine tomatoes and all other ingredients together. Bring to a boil; add chicken pieces. Cover and simmer 40 minutes over low heat. Serve with rice or noodles and a salad.
