- frozen corn - 3 qt
- pepper - 1 tsp
- dried parsley - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- rivels - 1 item
- to 5 hard-boiled eggs - 4 item
- flour
- egg - 1 item
How to make chicken corn soup:
Rivels:1 c. flour1/4 tsp. salt1 egg Cook chicken with skin on until tender. Take off the skin and throw away. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Return to broth. Add enough water to make 4 quarts. Add in corn (thawed). Add salt and pepper and parsley. Boil about 25 to 30 minutes.Mix rivel ingredients together in a small bowl. It will lumpy. Add to boiling soup. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
