Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped celery - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated onion
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- chicken - 1 item
- rice
How to make chicken continental:
Blend all of the ingredients, except rice and chicken. Bring to a boil. Put less than 1 cup of rice in 9 x 13-inch pan and pour hot mixture over same. Place buttered chicken pieces on top and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and brown.Recipe categories: Main dish, Poultry, One Dish meal.
