Chicken confetti
Ingredients/Components
- chicken broth - 3/4 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese
- large chicken breasts - 3 item
- regular spaghetti - 4 oz
How to make chicken confetti:
Cook spaghetti and set aside. Cook chicken breast until it almost falls off the bone. Cool and cut in small pieces. Add soup and broth. Using 4-quart casserole, combine chicken, spaghetti, soup broth and 1 cup of cheese. Put 1/2 cup of cheese on top. Bake at 350° until cheese is completely melted.
