Chicken chimichangas
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 1/4 c
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- chopped, cooked chicken
- cumin - 1 tsp
- picante sauce - 2/3 c
- cup chopped green onions - 1/3 item
- Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese - 1 c
- diced black olives - 1/3 c
- flour tortillas 7 to 8 inch - 8 item
How to make chicken chimichangas:
Combine chicken, sauce, onions and spices and simmer 5 minutes in saucepan. Brush tortillas with margarine. Spoon meat mixture and cheese in tortillas. Fold and place in 9 x 12-inch aluminum pan. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Garnish with olives.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
