Ingredients/Components
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 1/2
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 1/2
- Monterey Jack cheese, shredded - 1 lb
- can diced green chiles - 1 1/2
- can white chicken - 1 oz
- corn tortillas, diced in cubes about 1-inch
How to make chicken casserole:
Preheat oven to 325°. Grease 13 x 9-inch casserole dish. In a large bowl, mix the first 4 ingredients. When mixed well, add the corn tortillas to the mixture. Mix well. Place mixture in casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes orRecipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
