Ingredients/Components
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- diced pimento - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- onion, diced - 1/2 c
- cooked rice - 4 c
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- deboned, cooked turkey or chicken - 3 c
How to make chicken casserole:
Blend soup and broth. Heat and stir until smooth and hot. Add remaining ingredients, except 1/2 cup cheese. Pour into a greased shallow 2-quart casserole. Top with cheese. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
