  • milk - 1 pt
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2/3 c
  • butter - 1/2 lb
  • water - 2 qt
  • chicken broth - 1 qt
  • whole chicken breasts - 8 item
  • can sliced mushrooms - 1 item
  • onion, minced - 1 item
  • bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • shredded cheese - 1/2 lb
  • shredded sharp cheese - 1/2 lb

How to make chicken casserole:

Cook chicken in salted water until tender. Remove from broth, cool, debone and cut into pieces. Strain broth, cool and remove fat. Cook noodles in 1 quart chicken broth. Make sauce by melting butter and adding bell pepper, onion and flour. Blend well
