- milk - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2/3 c
- butter - 1/2 lb
- water - 2 qt
- chicken broth - 1 qt
- whole chicken breasts - 8 item
- can sliced mushrooms - 1 item
- onion, minced - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- shredded cheese - 1/2 lb
- shredded sharp cheese - 1/2 lb
How to make chicken casserole:
Cook chicken in salted water until tender. Remove from broth, cool, debone and cut into pieces. Strain broth, cool and remove fat. Cook noodles in 1 quart chicken broth.
