Ingredients/Components

  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • stalks celery - 2 item
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • chicken breasts - 6 item
  • 1/2 stick margarine - 1 item
  • small bell pepper - 1 item
  • Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix - 1 large

How to make chicken casserole:

Boil chicken breasts until done, saving broth. Chop onion, celery, and bell pepper. Melt margarine, saut?© onion, celery, and bell pepper. When vegetables are cooked until almost done, stir in bread crumbs and stir until moist. Mix the soups together. Spray 2 1/2 or 3 quart casserole dish. Put half of bread crumbs and vegetables in bottom of dish. Put soups and chicken on top of this. Put rest of crumbs on top. Pour broth over all of it. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
