Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth
- medium onion - 1 item
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- chicken - 2 or
- bag stuffing Pepperidge Farm herb - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Boil and bone chicken. Place in bottom of casserole dish. (Save chicken broth.) Cut up onion and place on top of chicken. Mix soups and milk. Heat mixture and pour on chicken and onion. Put stuffing on top of soup mixture. Pour in chicken broth. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake in oven for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
