Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cashew nuts - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- noodles - 1 item
- celery, cut fine - 2 c
- crushed potato chips - 1 c
- celery stalks - 1 item
- sharp cheese, shredded - 1/2 c
- chicken, cooked and cut in pieces - 2 c
How to make chicken casserole:
Mix first 7 ingredients all together. Spread lightly in 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Sprinkle cheese and potato chips on top and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400°. Do not overbake.Cook chicken (about 4 pieces of breast) with celery stalks, salt and pepper. Remove chicken and use the broth to cook noodles.
