Chicken casserole



  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • chicken broth - 1 c
  • stick butter or margarine - 1 item
  • small carton sour cream - 1 item
  • chopped cooked chicken
  • herb bread crumbs - 1 pkg

How to make chicken casserole:

Preheat oven to 350°. Melt butter in casserole dish. Sprinkle 3/4 bag of bread crumbs in dish over butter. Spread chicken on top. Pour broth over chicken. May need a little more for moister dressing. Mix soup and sour cream. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over casserole. Bake approximately 30 minutes.
