Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- to 6 chicken breasts - 4 item
- sleeve Ritz crackers - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Boil chicken about 25 minutes, until done. Cool, debone and remove skin. Break up into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Mix sour cream and soup. Pour over chicken. Crush Ritz crackers and mix with melted margarine. Spread over top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Can be frozen and used later.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
