  • milk - 1/2 c
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • hot water or chicken broth - 1 c
  • chicken plus 2 or 3 chicken breasts - 1 item
  • herb seasoned Pepperidge Farm dressing mix

How to make chicken casserole:

Topping:1 pkg. herb seasoned Pepperidge Farm dressing mix1 c. hot water or chicken broth1 stick margarine Boil and bone chicken. Cut into pieces and place in 9 x 13-inch dish. Mix sour cream, soup and milk. Pour over chicken.

Mix topping; sprinkle over chicken. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until brown and bubbly.

Freezes well. A good way to use leftover turkey.
