Chicken casserole



  • margarine - 4 Tbsp
  • cooked chicken
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • peas - 1/2 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • box Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix - 1 item
  • chicken broth - 1 c

How to make chicken casserole:

Melt margarine in a deep casserole. Sprinkle 1/2 package Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix in bottom of dish. Add chicken (cut in bite size pieces), chopped celery, peas and 1 can cream of mushroom soup. Cover with the rest of the stuffing mix and pour chicken broth over all. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
