Chicken casserole



  • uncooked rice - 1 c
  • chicken stock or water
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • dry onion soup mix - 1 pkg
  • whole fryer, cut in pieces - 1 item

How to make chicken casserole:

Put onion mix in bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle rice over soup. Layer chicken pieces on top of rice. Dilute soup with stock and pour over chicken. Dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
