Ingredients/Components
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- chicken stock or water
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- dry onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- whole fryer, cut in pieces - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Put onion mix in bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle rice over soup. Layer chicken pieces on top of rice. Dilute soup with stock and pour over chicken. Dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
