Chicken casserole



  • pkg - 1 oz
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • cans chicken broth - 2 item
  • cooked chicken - 4 breasts
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item

How to make chicken casserole:

Cook chicken in unsalted water. Melt margarine and toss with stuffing. Divide mixture in half. Save some for the top. Lightly butter sides and bottom of a large casserole, 9 x 12 x 2-inch. Layer stuffing and chicken in 2 layers. Mix soup and broth.
