Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 3 oz
- milk - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- cooked chicken, cut in small pieces - 2 c
- grated mild Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- elbow macaroni, cooked - 1 c
- red pimento, chopped - 1/2 Tbsp
How to make chicken casserole:
Mix cream cheese and soup together. Stir in chicken; add other ingredients except cheese and mix well. Thin to right consistency with broth. Grease casserole dish and pour mixture into dish. Add grated cheese on top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes in 375° oven or until bubbly all over top.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
