Chicken casserole



  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • poppy seed - 2 tsp
  • 1/2 sticks melted butter - 1 item
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • large chicken breasts, boiled and boned - 6 item
  • 1/4 stacks Ritz crackers - 1 item

How to make chicken casserole:

Put boned chicken in bottom of long casserole dish. Mix soup and sour cream together and spread over chicken. Cover with crushed Ritz crackers. Pour melted butter evenly over top of crackers. Sprinkle with poppy seed. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
