Ingredients/Components
- small jar pimentos - 1 item
- green pepper, diced - 1 item
- bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- wide egg noodles
- large fryer, deboned - 1 item
- large Velveeta cheese, grated - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Cook noodles until tender. Boil chicken until done. Take chicken off bone. Put 5 tablespoons grease in a skillet and fry green pepper and onions. Take 1 1/2 cups of broth from the chicken and mix with mushroom soup. Add pepper, onions and and pimentos into soup mixture. Grate cheese. Place a layer of noodles, then a layer of chicken, layer of cheese, layer of soup mixture and repeat.
