Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth
- medium onion - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- sticks celery - 2 item
- fryer
- to 4 chopped green onions - 3 item
- small can black olives - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies - 1 item
- can mushroom soup, undiluted - 1 item
- large bag nacho cheese Doritos - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Boil chicken until tender with 1 medium onion, 2 sticks celery, salt and pepper; cool. Skin and debone chicken and cut into bite size pieces. Spread chicken in bottom of 11 x 13-inch baking dish. Crush Doritos and spread over chicken. Next, spread onions and olives and add to soup.
