Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- cooked, chopped chicken - 2 c
- cooked rice - 2 c
- Pepperidge Farm dressing mix - 1/2 pkg
- can sliced water chestnuts, drained optional - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Mix all ingredients except dressing and margarine. Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle Pepperidge Farm dressing mix lightly on top. Melt 1/2 stick margarine and pour over the top. Bake at 350° until hot, 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
