Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- slivered almonds - 3 oz
- celery, chopped
- cooked chicken, diced - 2 c
- boiled eggs, chopped - 4 item
- mayonnaise real - 1 c
- cans mushroom soup not diluted - 2 item
- cooked yellow rice - 2 c
How to make chicken casserole:
Mix all ingredients and pour in 10 x 13-inch pan. Cover with buttered Pepperidge Farm stuffing. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes. May be stored in fridge overnight if necessary.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
