- stick Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Cook chicken, cut in small pieces. Mix first 3 ingredients and place in 2 quart casserole dish. Melt butter and mix with crackers. Sprinkle on top of mixture in dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
