Chicken casserole



Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- small onion - 1 item
- small can mushrooms optional - 1 item
- chopped chicken, cooked - 2 c
- almonds or cashews optional - 1/2 c
How to make chicken casserole:
Place chicken in baking dish. Pour 1 cup broth over chicken. Mix all ingredients and place over chicken. Top with crumbled potato chips. Bake 45 minutes at 350°. Serve over rice or Chinese noodles.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
