Ingredients/Components
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- milk - 2 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- can celery soup - 1 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- cut-up chicken - 1 item
- dry onion soup - 1 pkg
How to make chicken casserole:
Place the cut-up chicken dipped in melted butter in 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Pour remaining ingredients over chicken. Sprinkle onion soup over the top. Cover with foil and bake 2 hours at 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
