Chicken casserole



Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- chopped celery - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- crushed cornflakes - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- grated onion - 1 Tbsp
- chicken breasts, cooked, deboned and chopped - 4 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Mix all the ingredients together, except cornflakes. Pour into baking dish and top with crushed cornflakes. Melt 1/2 stick oleo and pour over slivered almonds on top. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Delicious with cooked rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
