  • stick butter - 1 item
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • large chicken breasts - 4 item
  • corn bread stuffing - 1 pkg

How to make chicken casserole:

Simmer chicken breasts until tender. Save chicken broth. Cool chicken and cut into large pieces. Mix stuffing in melted butter. Put 1/2 of the stuffing into a large baking dish. Add chicken and chicken soup. Mix with 1 cup of broth and 1 cup of water. Pour over mixture and add remainder of crumbs. Bake in a 350° oven until hot.
