Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- chicken broth - 2 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing - 1 pkg
- chicken or 2 whole chicken breasts - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Cook chicken; take off bone. Melt margarine and stir in stuffing. Dilute soup with broth. Put all but 1 cup crumbs in 9-inch square dish. Top with chopped chicken. Pour soup and broth over. Top with reserved crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
