Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • thyme - 1/2 tsp
  • sharp grated cheese - 1 c
  • bread crumbs with 2 Tbsp - 1 c
  • chicken breast halves, cooked, deboned and sliced - 6 item

How to make chicken broccoli casserole:

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain. Arrange in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Arrange chicken over broccoli. Salt and pepper. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over chicken. Put bread crumb mixture over top and bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
