Chicken broccoli casserole



  • egg - 1 item
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 2/3 c
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • frozen broccoli - 1 pkg
  • chicken breasts - 4 item
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • shredded cheese
  • Topping: Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

How to make chicken broccoli casserole:

Topping: Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix1 stick butter1 Tbsp. lemon juice Grease a large casserole dish. Cook chicken. Cool and remove from bones, then dice. Cook broccoli according to directions and save water. Heat soups and broccoli water. Mix egg and mayonnaise together and add to soup mixture. Mix topping ingredients until moistened.

Layer chicken, broccoli, soup and then cheese. Top with Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix. Bake, covered, for 1 hour. Remove top for last 10 minutes of cooking. Leftovers can be frozen.
