Ingredients/Components

  • pkg
  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 4 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • sour cream or milk - 1/3 c

How to make chicken bake:

Stir stuffing crumbs, contents of seasoning packet, 1 1/2 cups of hot water and margarine just until moistened. Place chicken in 12 X 8 inch baking pan. Mix soup and sour cream or milk. Pour over chicken and top with stuffing mix. Bake at 375° for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Makes 4 servings.
