Ingredients/Components
- cut-up chicken or 4 chicken breasts - 1 item
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- salt and pepper
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- water - 1/4 c
How to make chicken bake:
Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch dish. Mix 1/2 cup milk, 1 cup flour, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in flour mixture and arrange in baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and cover with soup, 3/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup water mixture. Bake 30 minutes longer at 350°.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
