Chicken and wild rice casserole



  • can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
  • mayonnaise
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • jar pimiento - 1 oz
  • cooked and diced chicken
  • large jar mushroom stems and pieces - 1 item
  • season to taste* - 1 item
  • or more Cheddar, grated

How to make chicken and wild rice casserole:

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients except Cheddar and spread into 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle Cheddar on top. Cook at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves about 6.

*I use salt, pepper, onion powder, celery salt and garlic powder.
