Chicken and wild rice casserole
Ingredients/Components
- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
- mayonnaise
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- jar pimiento - 1 oz
- cooked and diced chicken
- large jar mushroom stems and pieces - 1 item
- season to taste* - 1 item
- or more Cheddar, grated
How to make chicken and wild rice casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients except Cheddar and spread into 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle Cheddar on top. Cook at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves about 6.*I use salt, pepper, onion powder, celery salt and garlic powder.
