Ingredients/Components
- can chicken broth - 1 3/4
- stick oleo - 1 item
- Swiss cheese, sliced - 1 lb
- box Stove Top stuffing mix - 1 oz
- chicken breast halves, boneless and skin removed - 8 item
How to make chicken and stuffing:
Spray baking dish, larger than 9 x 13-inch. Lay chicken breasts in pan. Cover with Swiss cheese. Spread just dry bread from stuffing on cheese. Sprinkle stuffing seasoning on bread cubes. Melt oleo and mix with chicken broth. Pour slowly all over bread stuffing, try to wet all the bread. Bake 1/2 hour, covered, and 1/2 hour, uncovered.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
